The former governor of Oyo state, Abiola Ajimobi is not dead, according to Bolaji Tunji, his media aide.

Tunji confirmed this via his social media pages on Thursday.

He posted: “Kindly disregard all the rumours, just rumours. In all, we remain prayerful.”

However, when Okay.ng contacted Tunji, he sad: “Nigerians should continue to pray to God to preserve his life and let him live long.”

Ajimobi is reportedly battling COVID-19.
