Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), has urged the Biafrans, who are people in the South East to come out and vote in the forthcoming general elections.
The 51-year-old activist who had in recent times call on the people of the South East not to vote in the general elections.
However, he has backtracked and gave reasons for South East people should vote.
In a tweet on Thursday evening, Kanu said the Federal government has met the group’s terms and conditions.
The tweet reads, “Having confirmed this evening that all our preconditions and terms have been met, signed, sealed and delivered; I hereby call-off the election boycott across Biafraland on Feb. 16, 2019.
“I dedicate this historic victory to the formidable. #IPOB family worldwide.”
