Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Vincent Obette, has revealed that Mr. Kanu has not yet been released from jail, a SaharaReporters report has shown.
Obette said: “[Mr. Kanu] has been discharged but not released. There are no [legal] charges on his neck anywhere in the world.”

Mr. Obette also revealed that that there will be a court hearing on a related matter tomorrow  at the Federal High Court in Abuja where they “hope to conclude the matter.”
It will be recalled that earlier today the Department of State Security (DSS) elected to withdraw their case against Mr. Kanu for criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society.
