The rumour that there was an explosion at Owonronsoki area of Lagos on Sunday has been debunked by the Nigerian Police.

Deputy Force Public Relations Officer, Yomi Shogunle, said the Oworonsoki incident was “minor fire incident due to fridge cylinder that caught fire at a shop.”

He said there was no casualty was recorded.
