Former governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, has finally received his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Okay.ng reported that Justice Okon Abang of a Federal high Court in Abuja, asked INEC to issue the certificate of return to Okorocha.
However, the commission obeyed the order and issued him the certificate.
