The camp of former Vice-president of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has debunked speculations making the rounds that he has withdrew from the presidential primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

His media aide, Mallam Garba Shehu, who spoke with our correspondent refuted the media reports.

He said “before it was Rochas Okorocha, they later said Sam Nda Isaiah but Sam has said it is not true. Now it is Atiku, the next one may be Buhari stepping. There is nothing like that”.

A governorship candidate of the APC, who confirmed Okorocha’s withdrawal on the condition of anonymity, via a short message service (sms) that “Rochas alone has stepped down.”

The source also added that some of the leaders are routing for “Buhari all the way.”
