Olympiacos have completed the signing of Ruben Semedo from Villarreal for €4.5m.
The 25-year-old defender spent last season on loan at Huesca and Rio Ave respectively.
The Portuguese professional footballer had earlier spent five months in prison in Spain after he was charged with a number of offenses including robbery, assault, kidnapping, and attempted murder.
Meanwhile, Semedo joined Villarreal from Sporting CP in the summer of 2017 for €14m.
