Onnoghen files appeal against CCT ruling on his ‘no-case submission’

Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Walter Onnoghen, has filed an appeal on a ruling by the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), against his no-case-submission.

Onnoghen said in the notice of appeal said that the tribunal erred in law when it dismissed the submissions, despite the evidence brought by the defence team, suggesting the invalidity of the case.
