By Saddam Yusuf Saleh

Adams Oshiomhole has filed an appeal against a court order suspending him as national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Okay.ng reports on Wednesday that a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has ordered the suspension following an application of interlocutory injunction filed by one Oluwale Atolagbe.

Simon Egbegbulem, Oshiomhole’s spokesman, said on Wednesday evening that his principal had filed an appeal against the order.

“With those processes currently before the Appeal Court, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole remains the national chairman of the party,” he noted.
