The General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has released his prophecies for the year 2024, warning Nigerians to brace for more hardship and challenges.
Adeboye made the predictions at the Church’s Cross Over Service held at its campground on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Monday night.
He said that the theme of the year is “The wind is blowing”, and urged Nigerians to pray that the wind will blow them good.
“Everything God is saying is centred around that little sentence: The wind is blowing, include in your prayers that the wind will blow you good. Things will get worse before they get better. Things will get a little hotter before it gets better,” the cleric said.
He, however, assured his followers not to lose hope, saying that the wind is also a sign of positive change and opportunities.
“Don’t be discouraged because the wind is blowing means things will get better. Some people will start as nobody but will become significant before the middle of the year,” he prophesied.
He also spoke about the international scene, saying that there will be divine interventions in some troubled regions of the world.
He added that there will be major breakthroughs in the medical field, especially in the treatment of diseases like cancer, diabetes, hypertension and others.
