Paulo Fonseca appointed Roma new head coach

Paulo Fonseca has been appointed as new head coach of AS Roma.

Okay.ng understands that Fonseca replaces Ranieri to extend his deal to summer 2022.

Speaking after the appointment, the 46-year-old manager said: “I am excited and motivated by the task ahead.”

Roma president Jim Pallotta, commended him saying; “Paulo is ambitious, with international experience, a winning mentality and a reputation for attacking football.”
