President Goodluck Jonathan has said that all the members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) because of his defeat in the March 28 elections would return with empty stomachs.

Jonathan reportedly stated further that members of the APC would first settle their true members before considering the defectors.

The President made the statement on Thursday, April 30, 2015, after receiving the report of the PDP Presidential Campaign Organization, according to Punch.

Jonathan is also said to have added that “food” might have finished before it reaches the turn of the defectors.
