PDP House of Representatives candidate, Chukwuemeka Ujam, who is contesting for the Nkanu East/West seat, was reportedly caught with 4,000 PVCs in Enugu State.
According to Daily Post, soldiers apprehended him on Sunday at Ozalla, Nkanu East local government area of the state.
Another photo has emerged of the same man posing with his certificate of return issues to him by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
