A Federal High court has summoned INEC and PDP to appear before it after Musiliu Obanikoro filed a lawsuit against them. It will be recalled that shortly after PDP primaries in Lagos where his main contender Jimi Agbaja won the elections; Obanikoro accused the party of misconduct and dragged them to court.
