The Peoples Democratic Party has won all the chairmanship seats in the local government elections in Ondo State.

The election, which witnessed a poor turnout of voters, also saw the ruling party winning 202 of the 203 councillorship seats, leaving one for ACPN.

The major opposition party in the state, APC, did not take part in the elections.
