Ayo-Fayose-and-EFCC

Zenith Bank Plc sent a confirmation letter to the Ekiti state Governor Ayodele Fayose restricting him from cash withdrawal following the directive from EFCC.

The letter reads: “We are in receipt of letters from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) directing that we retrict the following accounts in line with the provisions of Section 38(1) of the EFCC Establishment Act 2004“.
