Suspected notorious kidnapper Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike also known as Evans has pleaded guilty to the charges of kidnapping.

This follows his arraignment on Tuesday at the Federal High Court in Lagos by the state government.

Meanwhile, Justice Abdulaziz Anka of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday had failed to deliver judgment in the N300m Fundamental Rights Enforcement Suit brought by a suspected kidnapper, Chukwudumeme “Evans” Onwuamadike against the Police.

The failure follows the claim by the Police that the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, and the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) had not been party to the proceedings and the court could not go ahead with judgment without hearing from both parties.

The presiding judge, Justice Anka, then adjourned the case till September 5, 2017.
