The convoy of Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha was on Saturday obstructed by Fulani herdsmen and their cows as the governor was on tour of projects in parts of the capital, Owerri, and other areas.
Mr. Okorocha along with some Journalists were held up for about 30 minutes at Amakohia Orlu Road.
