President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurates his special advisers today, Newly appointed secretary-general to federal government SGF, Pastor Babachir, David Lawal, National Security Adviser to the President (NSA), Major General Babagana Mongonu and Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina were all sworn-in by the President at the Council Chambers in Abuja.
