The Senate today received a delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia led by Prince Dr. Khalid Bin Abdullah Al Saud. The Advisory Council pledged that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will continue to support the Federal Republic of Nigeria in making terrorism becomes a thing of the past.

Speaking for the Nigerian Senate, Senate President Abubakar Bukola Saraki reiterated the strong bond that Nigeria has with Saudi Arabia and mentioned that terrorism indeed confronts both countries. Saraki further stated that he looked forward to improved collaborations with Saudi Arabia beyond pilgrimage to industry and economic developments.
