The newly promoted service chiefs and the police inspector general stormed Borno state on Friday for an operational visit to the region which has been mostly affected by the Boko Haram insurgents… The National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (rtd) led the delegation comprising of the Chief of Defence Staff, General AG Olonisakin, Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General TY Buratai, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal SB Abubakar and also the Inspector General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase along with other top military officers.
