The Nigerian army has arrested two notorious Boko Haram leaders on its wanted list in Borno state.

According to Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman, troops arrested one of the suspects, Abbakar Sadiq, listed as number 28 among the 100 wanted Boko Haram terrorists along Lagos Street in Maiduguri.

He said the terror suspect, worked as a night guard to one Mohammed Daggash prior to his arrest.

He added that another of the wanted terror kingpins Identified as Muhammad Usman was arrested at the Abuja, Talakawa Ward of the Maiduguri metropolis.

He said the suspect whose photograph matched suspect number 40 on the lists was picked up after a painstaking process of investigation and tracking by the police.
