In the days of Sunny Ade and Ebenezer Obe, fans spray money on celebrities, but today reverse is the case. On Saturday Wizkid pulled some stunt, real stunt that is actually against the law. Does any one remember it has been passed into law that spraying money at events is not no longer legal in the country?
While performing on stage, the pop star was handed stacks of Naira in N500 denomination by his crew members which he threw into the crowd, causing a stampede as fans, photographers and even cameramen close to the stage scrambled for the money without inhibitions. See photos below.
