A combined team of the Nigerian Police and the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) have arrested Lawal Daura, the sacked Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), for “breaching national security”.

It was gathered that Daura was arrested immediately he was sacked by the Acting President Yemi Osinabjo.

According to report, news of the arrest sparked wild jubilations at the DSS headquarters.

The sacked DSS DG is currently being detained at the SARS headquarters.
