According to the police, the suspects colluded and abducted their colleague’s child.

Six Bureau de Change employees were detained by the Lagos police for allegedly kidnapping an eight-year-old youngster.

On Tuesday, Benjamin Hundeyin, the state’s police spokesperson, confirmed the arrest on his verified Twitter account, which the Okay.ng sourced.

According to Mr. Hundeyin, the suspects colluded and abducted their colleague’s child.

“Preliminary investigation reveals that all the suspects are fellow BDC operators in the same business district of Lagos,” he said of the child, whose hands and feet were bound in a sack.

He stated that following the conclusion of the investigation, the suspects would be arraigned.
