Binta Kofar Soro, a top Nigerian actress, has passed away, Okay Nigeria reports.
The actress who is known for playing role of a mother in Kannywood movies died in Kano state.
Nuhu Abdullahi, a popular actor, confirmed her death to Okay Nigeria in a telephone call on Saturday.
He said:
“Hajiya Binta Soron Dinki is one actress that we all like to work with. Her role has always been motherly. Apart from just acting, she is always there to correct you as a mother. The whole Kannywood is mourning.”
