Premier League clubs will resume training on Tuesday, as the vast majority of players are expected to report to training camp on the said date.
Players will be tested twice a week with the first tests set to kick start this week.
Meanwhile, the Premier League Football Association will hold a meeting with the 20 clubs on Monday.
They major agender of the meeting will be to vote on whether to resume the first phase of training this week.
