President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Rev Dr Felix Omobude, the national president, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and General Superintendent, Gospel Light International Ministries, on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary, on March 14.

In a statement issued by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser on media and publicity to the president, Buhari saluted Omobude’s vision, charisma and strength of character which have seen him dutifully fulfill his pastoral calling over the years, largely demonstrated in his love for a united and prosperous Nigeria.

“The President also commends his invaluable contribution to nation building and development through his teachings and exemplary leadership, which continue to inspire many of his followers and admirers to work hard and improve their communities.”

“The President prays that Omobude will enjoy more years of health and fulfillment in his service to God and humanity,” the statement read.
