Delegates from Fika Emirate of Yobe state led by Emir of Fika,H.R.H(Dr) Muhammadu Abali Ibu Idris yesterday visited President-elect Gen. Buhari in Abuja.
They came to congratulate him on his victory in the recently held presidential election.
