The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja on Wednesday has dismissed an application filed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and Atiku Abubakar, seeking to withdraw Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa from presiding over the five-man panel tribunal.

The five-member panel of the presidential election held that the said motion lacked any merit to warrant the tribunal to grant it.

Earlier, Okay Nigeria reported that the PDP, Atiku, and others, field petitions at tribunal challenging the declaration that President Muhammadu Buhari won the February 23 presidential election.
