LAGOS, Nigeria – Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo and her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, unveiled the face of their son, Prince Rakeem Mkambala, on his first birthday on August 24, 2026.
The couple shared photographs of their child on Instagram on Monday, August 24, 2026. Okay News reports that Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux kept their son’s face private following his birth in Canada on August 24, 2025.
In a joint statement published on Instagram, the couple addressed their son.
“To our dearest son, watching you grow has been the biggest blessing. You are the most cheeky, happy, cleverest little pumpkin. You light up every room you walk into and we’re so proud to be your parents,” they said.
“365 days of loving you; cuddling you, and watching your beautiful personality shine. You are curious, so joyful, so smart and so full of life. You make every day better just by being you. We can’t believe how fast you’re growing, our little sunshine. May your life be filled with as much happiness as you have given us this past year. We pray you grow up healthy, happy and full of purpose. We pray God guides your steps and orders your path. We pray you know how deeply you are loved, every single day. We pray your laughter never stops and your beautiful heart stays pure. You are our greatest answered prayer. Happy 1st Birthday our sunshine, we love you endlessly,” they said.
The couple announced the pregnancy in July 2025 and held wedding ceremonies in Nigeria and Tanzania in 2025 prior to the birth of their child.
Rakeem‘s Instagram account, managed by his parents, accumulated more than 100,000 followers prior to the publication of photographs showing his face.
