A complete application must include the official form, a curriculum vitae, and a motivation letter, all submitted via email before the closing date.

The organization explicitly noted that, “All applications must include the application form, CV and a cover letter. Applications that do not contain all mandatory documents will not be considered.” The window for submissions will remain open until Thursday, April 30, 2026. To protect applicants from recruitment scams, the regional bloc clarified that it does not demand any fees during the hiring process and cautioned the public against sharing financial details with unauthorized persons.
