Governor of Bayelsa State, Seriate Dickson  and the Jonathan support group, Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN), on Saturday, March 21, embarked on a last-minute sensitization to persuade eligible voters to collect their Permanent Voters Cards (PVC), ahead of Sunday, March 22 deadline.

According to Punch, indigenes and residents of the state came out en masse to collection centres to pick their cards, as traditional rulers also helped out INEC officials in their various domains with logistics to ease performance and issuance of PVCs to the people.

Commenting on the exercise, Coordinator of TAN, Bayelsa State, Wenipire Seibarugu, said Bayelsans have no choice but to come out en masse and vote for President Jonathan, adding that voting for him is a duty every Bayelsan owes him as a worthy Ijaw person.
