Rihanna is the cover star of Harper’s Bazaar magazine’s March issue and she looks so fly!
The Work hitmaker teamed up with the American magazine to honour Amelia Earhart’s – who was the first female to fly across the Atlantic Ocean – style as well as bring life to an essay she wrote about flying in style in 1929.

Not only does Rihanna perfectly capture the style of an empowering figure, the 28-year-old also shared how inspiring Amelia is to her personally.
She told Harper’s Bazaar: “There’s something so special about a woman who dominates in a man’s world. It takes a certain grace, strength, intelligence, fearlessness, and the nerve to never take no for an answer.
“Amelia Earhart was such a dynamic force in her industry, setting multiple aviation records in her time. So it was a no-brainer for me to team up with Harper’s Bazaar in honor of a woman who held her own with the big boys.”
