Usain Bolt has won his third successive 200m gold medal at the Rio 2016 Olympic in Brazil.

The Jamaican defeated everyone in the finals of the men’s 200m sprint event to keep his hopes of an unprecendented “triple triple” alive.

Bolt completed the race in 19.78, with Canadian Andre de Grasse taking silver with 20.02sec and France’s Christophe Lemaitre winning bronze (20.12).

Bolt, 29, has already won the 100m in Rio and will run in the 4x100m relay final on Friday.
