River Rerun: Riggers Caught In Ikwerre Burst Into Tears (PHOTOS)

RIVERS STATE

While the voting exercise has commenced in parts of Rivers state, two suspected election riggers who were nabbed at Ward 3, Elele, Ikwerre LGA of Rivers state. The men who were arrested by security agents at the polling unit -were put in handcuffs before being taken away.
