The Executive Governor of Lagos State, his Excellency Babajide Sanwo-Olu has congratulated the Governor-elect of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo.
Sanwo-Olu made the congratulatory remarks on Monday through his verified facebook page.
He said: “Congratulations to Senator Monday Okpebholo on his well-deserved victory in the Edo State gubernatorial election. This win is not just a testament to his dedication and hard work, but also a reflection of the trust the people of Edo State have in the APC as their party of choice.”
“To the Governor-elect, I encourage you to embrace the opportunity to serve all citizens of Edo State, no matter their political affiliations. This victory is a call for unity, and I believe you have the vision and capability to deliver the fresh start that the people are yearning for. Sanwo-Olu also utilizes the opportunity to appreciate President Bola Tinubu for a fair electoral process and also commending INEC for being impartial.
