Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted MTN’s appilication for listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Efe Ebelo, the spokesman of SEC, disclosed this in a statement made available to Okay Nigeria on Wednesday.

“They have applied for listing by introduction which will enable the company to be listed and allow shareholders sell their shares on the floor of the exchange,” Ebelo confirmed in the statement.
