The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have filed 11 charges against Azeez Fashola, also known with his stage name, Naira Marley.
Okay Nigeria reports that Naira Marley was arrested on Friday alongside Zlatan Ibile and three others in Lagos.
Zlatan and the three others have been released leaving Naira Marley in EFCC custody over items recovered from the artiste.
Naira Marley might be spending up to seven years in jail if found guilty of the charges filed before a Lagos State High Court by the EFCC.
