The Upper house of the National Assembly of Nigeria today called on President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint a replacement for the deceased minister of state for Labour, Mr James Ocholi SAN.

The Senate made the call after Senator Dino Melaye, drew the attention of his colleagues to the void left behind by the minister who hailed from Melaye’s home state – Kogi.

James Ocholi, his wife and son died in a ghastly motor accident in March.
