Alhaji Shehu Shagari’s remains has finally been laid to rest at his private residence in his hometown, Shagari Local Government Area of Sokoto state.
The former president died on Friday evening after a brief illness.
He was moved from National Hospital Abuja were he passed away down to his hometown in Sokoto state for his burial.
