Nigerian singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, widely known as Skales, has recounted a distressing incident in which he was involved in a collision with a young girl while driving on the bustling Lekki-Epe expressway.

According to Skales, the accident unfolded suddenly when the girl darted onto the expressway, catching him off guard and resulting in a collision.

The impact of the collision sent the girl’s body airborne, leaving Skales in a state of intense fear and shock.

Describing the heart-wrenching moment, Skales expressed the overwhelming fear he experienced as he witnessed the girl’s body being thrown into the air by the force of the collision.

Despite the panic, Skales acted swiftly, immediately rushing the injured girl to the hospital for urgent medical attention.

In the wake of the incident, Skales has called upon the government to take proactive measures to enhance pedestrian safety along the Lekki-Epe expressway.

He emphasized the urgent need for the implementation of designated pedestrian lanes to prevent similar accidents and ensure the safety of all road users.
