Ex-Nigerian international Stephen Keshi will be signing his new Super Eagles contract next week.

After a  prolonged contract dispute the general-secretary of the Nigeria  Football Federation, Dr. Sanusi Mohammed, yesterday, Thursday April, 16 told news men that Keshi will sign the dotted lines today.

“I promise you [that] by Friday, the issue of who becomes the coach of the Super Eagles will be over, because it will be sorted out finally. So, by Friday, we will all know the new coach of the Super Eagles,” Sanusi Muhammed said.

A source at the Glass House has however revealed to Pulse Sports that Stephen Keshi has arrived at Abuja but the contract signing has been postponed till next week.

“Keshi was supposed to sign today, but it has been postponed till next week,” the source said.

“Nothing has gone wrong, some NFF officials were not around, everything will be sorted next week.”

The Glass House is yet to respond to enquires by Pulse Sports as at the time of this report.

In the new contract agreed, Keshi is expected to earn N5m per month.
