Nollywood actor, John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu, has urged Nigerians to spare current or past administrations of the blame game for the economic hardship in the country.

In a social media post on Wednesday, Ibu said Nigerians should find succour in the fact that the economic situation is a temporary challenge that can be mitigated.

He said: “In the past few days, shortage of petrol and power supply, have been witnessed nationwide due to strike action by workers in both sectors.

“These have led to widespread disaffection with the government among many Nigerians.

“It’s not their fault. We all started it. I don’t want to say much about it.

“The bad weather is nobody’s fault. After a while, the bad weather will roll back and the good weather will come.”

The rib cracking actor said every Nigerian should share from the blame of the current predicament.
