Super Eagles assistant coach Salisu Yusuf says the team have what it takes to humble Argentina.

Russia 2018-bound Nigeria and Argentina will meet in a high-profile international friendly on 14 November in Vladimir Putin’s country.

According to Salisu, who spoke with NAN on Thursday, the three-time African champions can match the ”big name” players of the South American side.

“My players are equal to the task any time anywhere and we are not afraid of big names because big names no longer play football, but talent and determination are key to winning matches,’’ Salisu said.

Nigeria and Argentina have met four times at the World with the South Americans taking the bragging rights on all occasions.

Both teams would be using the game to prepare for next year’s World Cup.
