The Supreme Court has declared Peter Nwaoboshi as senator representing Delta North district.
Okay.ng understands that Ned Nwoko filed two suit challenging the primary election which produced Nwaoboshi as PDP candidate representing Delta North district.
The five-man panel of justices led by Justice Inyang Okoro, dismissed the suit for lack of jurisdiction.
