The Supreme Court struck out an application by the All Progressives Congress (APC), seeking the Apex Court to review its judgment in Zamfara, which sacked all candidates of the party.

Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour leading a five-man panel of the court on Monday rejected the application: SC/377/2019, filed by APC

The panel said the application is incompetent and lacks merit.

In addition, the court noted that the application should not have been brought before it in the first place.
