Klaus Stohlker, who is a spokesman of Sepp Blatter, says that the suspended FIFA President is spending the week in a Swiss hospital following a stress-related incident.

According to the latest news, the 79-years-old had originally undergone tests and planned to stay home, but his doctors elected to keep him under observation in hospital over the weekend.

On Wednesday in a statement  Blatter said: “I’m the elected president of FIFA, elected by the FIFA Congress and its 209 members, and no committee can replace me.”

It should be noted that Blatter is accused of making a disloyal payment of $1.99 million to Michel Platini.  On  September 25, Swiss investigators announced that they were investigating Blatter.
