Sex-appetite may fall. Yes, sometimes women lose appetite for sex when pregnant, especially in the third trimester, because they’re so physically bulky and tired. Also, the release of the hormone prolactin may reduce libido. Some women are also ashamed of their body which is changing shape.
You must know also that you have to be careful not to pick up sexually transmitted infection during your pregnancy.
If you get gonorrhea or chlamydia your baby could pick up the bacteria as it passes through the birth canal.
