Tinubu Offers Condolences to Ali Modu Sheriff on Mother’s Passing

President Bola Tinubu has extended his condolences to former Borno State Governor, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff, following the death of his mother, Hajiya Aisa.

Hajiya Aisa, 93, passed away on Sunday in Abuja after a prolonged illness. Her burial took place on Monday at the family residence in Maiduguri, Borno State.

In a statement, President Tinubu expressed his sympathy to the Modu Sheriff family, praising the deceased’s exemplary life defined by strong virtues. He prayed that Allah grants her Aljannah Firdausi and comfort to her family.

The President’s message was conveyed through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale.
